Laure Caroline Nelson
Chairperson
Laure is the wife of the founder shareholder of Vuna, Timothy Robert Nelson. She joined Vuna after the passing of her husband in 2019 and is now the Chairperson. She is also a shareholder having kept a minority stake in Vuna.
Prior to joining Vuna, Laure was involved with training and has a lot of experience with educational tools, reasoning and reflective analysis. Her strength lies in contact and client relationship.
Eendren Venchard
Managing Director
Eendren read Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics & Political Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and a pioneer in the global business sector with a track record of almost 30 years.
Eendren completed his post qualification specialisation in offshore and financial services with Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey. He set up and managed both Coopers & Lybrand Offshore Mauritius and Matheson Trust Company Mauritius, a Joint venture with Jardine Matheson. He is now the Managing Director of Vuna.
Venita Soniassy
Director Legal
Venita holds a LLB and LLM from the University of Sussex and went on to qualify for the professional exams at the Inns of Court School of Law in London.
Venita was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2006, she is a member of the Inner Temple. She was subsequently called to the Mauritius Bar in 2008.
She has spent the last 8 years advising on corporate and global business matters.
Varun Narain
Manager Corporate and Trust
Varun has 12 years’ experience in the global business sector having worked for large companies with a track record in global business. One of these companies belongs to a group listed on the London Stock Exchange.
He has a firm grasp of nitty-gritty of the sector having grown professionally in parallel with a sector which has known significant changes over the past years.
Ferozah Rumjaun
Administrator Corporate and Trust
Ferozah counts 16 years of practice in accounting and 10 years in the global business sector.
For the past 5 years, Ferozah has worked as an administrator for a reputable company in global business where she handled a large portfolio of clients. Her strength is her exposure to both accounting and administration.
