Eendren Venchard
Managing Director
Eendren read Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics & Political Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
Eendren is a pioneer in the global business sector and has more than 33 years of experience in the said sector. He completed his post qualification specialization in offshore and financial services with Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey. He set up and managed both Coopers & Lybrand Offshore Mauritius and Matheson Trust Company Mauritius, a Joint venture with Jardine Matheson. He is now the Managing Director of Vuna.
Venita Soniassy
Director Legal
Venita holds a LLB and LLM from the University of Sussex and went on to qualify for the professional exams at the Inns of Court School of Law in London. Venita was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2006, she is a member of the Inner Temple.
She was subsequently called to the Mauritius Bar in 2008. She has spent the last 17 years advising on corporate and global business matters.
Neelesh Malaree
Operations Manager
Neelesh is an accomplished professional in the global business sector having joined the sector in 2017. He has worked with management companies established locally and belonging to international groups.
Over the years, he has gained valuable experience in the corporate and finance aspects of the global business sector. He is an approved officer of the Financial Services Commission.
Hakeelesh Poyroo
Finance Manager
Hakeelesh is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has over 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked with one of the big four audit firm and well-established companies locally and internationally.
He brings strong expertise in audit, accounting, and financial management. He is an approved officer of the Financial Services Commission.
Sachin Luchumun
Corporate Manager
Sachin is a senior administrator with over 10 years’ experience in the global business sector. He has gained considerable experience at all levels of administration rising to the level of Corporate Manager.
He has handled a large portfolio of clients ranging from GBCs, Trusts, IBCs and Domestic Companies in his previous roles. He is an approved officer of the Financial Services Commission.
